Waist to Height Ratio Calculator

The waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) is a measure of the distribution of body fat. It is the ratio of your waist divided by your height.
Higher WHtR values indicate higher risk of obesity-related cardiovascular diseases.
The healthy range of WHtR varies with age
- Under 40- Less than 0.50
- 40 to 50- Between 0.5 and 0.60
- Over 50- Less than 0.60
The waist to height ratio is gaining popularity because several studies have found it to be a more valid measurement of your body's fat content than the BMI.
